☯ The Sessions support being in touch with oneself (body, mind, spirit & emotion) by body work, an art of touch, aware listening, contemplation.
☯ A Shiatsu Session takes about 60 to 90minutes.
☯ It starts with a little conversation that fades into the bodywork which itself is like a dialogue of listening and speaking bodies. Then there is a silent sensing time after the last touch.
At the end there is time for all that wants to be expressed verbally.

☯ Shiatsu is given lying or sitting on the dressed body or even through bigger layers of covers.
The temperature in the room will be around 20-25°C. Though when relaxing the body cools down.
☯ So you need to bring warm comfy cloth with long sleeves and warm socks. The woolen covers that are provided will also keep you warm and cozy.

☯ I often hear the question of sexuality. Well for me there is no sexual co-notation in Shiatsu. But it is connecting to the senses, emotion, mind and body - so a Shiatsu Session can be quiet intimate on these levels. And still some people give a sexual co-notation to each kind of touch. However that is not what I am looking for.

☯ Regular Sessions are the best for your body. Regularity gives the possibility of recognition and being part of ones own cycle of changes. Though the regular interval can be from once a week to once a year.

☯ As I won't like you to pay several sessions in advance and then would be in your guilt - these are my prices & discounts:

Its a beautiful alternative place inside a sunny, warm (wood oven heated) wooden caravan. Its located on a silent spot on the theater creation space antagon Halle - even though there are trains passing by sometimes and add a little shaking move to the session.
