Bayer möchte im offenen Dialog auf die Fragen und Probleme der Menschen eingehen. Das Unternehmen bemüht sich dabei um Glaubwürdigkeit, Vertrauen und Akzeptanz. Genau deshalb hat Bayer das BayKomm geschaffen – eine Erlebniswelt, eine Begegnungsstätte und ein Diskussionsforum. Hier wird nicht für Produkte geworben. Hier werden Naturwissenschaften begreifbar gemacht, Zusammenhänge auf einem verständlichen Niveau erklärt, Vorurteile ernst genommen und abgebaut. In acht interaktivenThemenräumen, bei Science Shows und spannenden Vorträgen, im Schülerlabor „Baylab“ und in temporären Ausstellungen. Ein Besuch im BayKomm, das ist Kommunikation durch Begegnung – Information durch Dialog.
