Deilmann-Haniel Mining Systems GmbH (dhms) is a globally active manufacturer of machinery for mining, shaft sinking, tunnel construction and for the iron and steel industry. With a company history that can be traced back more than 125 years dhms has developed from a repairs and steel construction business into a fully independent manufacturer of high quality industrial equipment and complete machine systems. Thereby individual engineering services are a particular strength of dhms. A team of more than thirty engineers and technicians is constantly working on the design of new machines and the development of our established product range.

In recent years the company’s core product range of drill rigs, loaders, excavators and shaft sinking equipment has been continuously extended as a result of technical innovation. This includes the introduction of a new roadheader family in 2010 that has made dhms a recognised solution provider for both types of roadway development – drilling-blasting and mechanised cutting. The dhms engineering team is also available for individual plant engineering, e. g. design, manufacturing and assembly of hydraulic taphole machinery for blast furnaces.
