We are open 7 days a week, serving a menu of simple, delicious food made with passion and attention to the smallest detail. Practically everything is made by us from scratch: the pickles, the hand-cut fries, the spiced rye bread, the sauces. Although we've become known for our burgers and hearty gourmet sandwiches, there's plenty more on the menu as well, including international comfort food favourites in the evenings and lighter vegetarian or vegan options for the health-conscious.
At the weekend, staying true to our supper club background, we often do special events on Saturday evenings.
Our house cooks, or special guest chefs curate one-off menus for Muse, and we give our restaurant over to them for the Saturday evening. The concept is always the same: long communal tables, lots of wine, and a killer menu presented by the chef him or herself.
