Pole dance is an art form that combines strength, flexibility, control and grace. While hard and challenging, it is at the same time super fun and rewarding. You will gain control over your body and become stronger, more confident and flexible.
We offer pole dance classes for all levels (exotic and/or contemporary style), strength training classes, and flexibility training. Each class consists of a comprehensive warm up, technique learning, dance combination with/without the pole, and eventually a deep cool down to leave your body ready for the next workout ;)
