YES Initiative

Who we are?

We are a group of young people, each on a personal mission closely related to the goals of YES Initiative, who have various experiences with self-empowerment, social entrepreneurship, workshop-facilitation, co-creation & collective leadership or/and cooperative organization on an international scale. We resonated with the initial impulse of Sesto Giovanni Castagnoli who has carried and shared the vision for the YES Initiative, and has opened up a space for co-creation of the project being shaped by us and everyone who will join in.

What we aim for?

The YES Initiative aims to inspire, connect and support unemployed people globally to start founding self-governed enterprises. We are dedicated to facilitate youth empowerment and self-employment.
We aim to build an international network of current and potential partners, mentors and supporters in relevant fields to overcome youth unemployment and undignified working conditions across the globe.

How we do this?

The Yes Initiative aims to create a platform for the young potential to be heard, supported by specialists and to be practically facilitated through collective resources leading to full self-empowerment process. The “online channel” gives an opportunity to engage young unemployed people to start acting on their ideas and speak their dreams into existence. We promote consensual and community decision making, using methods of co-creation & collective leadership.


What is the social impact?

Our digital social inclusion platform will connect and empower many unemployed but skillful, educated and creative young people that are unable to succeed and facilitate their ideas through lack of support, networking or money. Every unemployed person that registers on the platform will get a chance to have his/her idea funded through collective investment or achieve networking and support for their ideas or career paths from the advisory board.

How can you contribute?

We are still looking for skilled and dedicated people to co-create the core-group.

We are also open for further network opportunities, critical feedback.

We are looking for ambassadors worldwide to expand our idea and team-up per country to be closer to the community and local environment.
