American German Relocation Services -Kaiserslautern (AGRS-KL) is a service institute of the American Housing Office and new to the Kaiserslautern Community. It is our mission to
support new families arriving to the area. We are looking for larger apartments, townhouses and houses for our American families in the Kaiserslautern Military Community.

The rental contract are written and provided by the housing office and are written in the German
and English language and with few exceptions, according the German rental law.

AGRS-KL is always available to answer any question you may have. Questions concerning the rental contract should be directed to the Kaiserslautern Housing Office directly.
