Almhof Schneider

For centuries the Almhof has been a modest mountain farm house in the remote valley of the Lech river. The story of our family in Lech goes back to the year 1451 and the earliest days of there being a settlement. Spanning four generations, since 1929 we have accommodated guests from all over the world who are made to feel at home and have become regular visitors returning year after year. Whilst the hotel has grown and embraced a discreet luxury one still feels that it is a family business where the sense of being a personal friend of the family is very much alive.
