Anistek Mechatronic is a young company imprinted on technological innovations applied to the world of food packaging machines. Born from the desire of its owner, Marco Capra, who uses his twenty years of experience in precision engineering, in electrical engineering and programming, to design the most innovative packaging solutions.

The main area of interest is the design of innovative presses for the production of aluminium trays, Wrinkle-wall, Smooth-wall and paper, Fiber form, Trayforma.
The keys to our success are to be found in high automation, ease of use of our systems, in the search for higher production speed while maintaining high product quality, in energy saving, in high flexibility use and in environmentally friendly packaging production.
With this background we developed the servo presses with actuation powered system by a brushless motor combined with a ultra high-load capacity screw. This system, joined to the other features, makes our servo presses fast, accurate and reliable.

BP20T

With these innovative ideas we realized the big servo press BP20T. The BP20T is characterized, in addition to the production speed (about + 40% compared to the competitors), by the flexibility of use with production capability of various sizes, with various types of materials and ready to be used with moulds still not available on the market. Simply with the change of the mould and the use of the innovative free motion system, the servopress can be easy set-ud up according to production needs. The electronic control is totally integrated thank to the latest PLC BUS communication system. The complete plant is also equipped with a remote service control, for assure production continuity with our technical support.


MONO500

The latest in Anistek Mechatronic family, the servo press "compact" MONO500. It 'was designed to meet the market demand to increase competitiveness by reducing investment costs (-70%), the cost of production and maintenance. The new concept of "all in one", where in only 2.5 x 0.8 x 2.5 m are enclosed in the uncoiler, the servo press, the scrap collection system and the stacking unit. The MONO 500 comes at an operating cycle equal to 120 strokes per minute and allows the production of aluminium trays with cut imprinting up to 500 x 500 mm.
With this servo press, the concept of adjustment resulted the maximum level currently available. The machine recognizes the type of mould inserted and adapts all the working parameters. In addition, record the historical work of the machine and the single moulds used. This, combined with the integrated remote control system and to the integrated video system (optional) allows you to reach the best production cycle with reduction of maintenance costs (programmed) and any downtime and unproductive periods.

MOULDS

The deep experience in tools design and manufacturing made Anistek able to supply all the possible kind of moulds, these includes: Aluminium foil wrinkle-wall, smooth-wall, pet food, airline etc, and also paper moulds. We use all the best steels and high-precision machining equipments.
