artec technologies AG from the traditional county seat of Diepholz in Germany develops and manufactures innovative software and system solutions for the transmission, recording and evaluation of video, audio and metadata in networks and on the Internet. For more than ten years, our customers have been using the MULTIEYE® product platform for high-definition video surveillance solutions and XentauriX® for broadcast logging and IPTV applications. From their conception, our product platforms are consistently developed in such a way that new business applications can always be derived from them.

MULTIEYE® products are successfully deployed for network-based video management solutions, purely software-based as video recorders, or as components of recorder systems in the international video surveillance market. Increasingly, they are utilized for functions in environmental and traffic observation as well as industrial quality control.

Ever since the MULTIEYE®-HYBRID generation was introduced in 2003, artec technologies AG has remained a pioneer in hybrid-based video surveillance systems. We continue to set new standards with our in-house development of the DirectStream technology which supports the highest image-processing rates demanded by modern megapixel cameras.
MULTIEYE® products are used in, among others, banks, airports, museums, shopping centers, parking garages, railway stations, logistics warehouses as well as private and industrial environments. With the new “GreenWatch” recorder generation, our company is presenting a future-oriented model range of economical, energy-saving recording systems.

With the XentauriX® family of products, solutions in the areas of broadcast TV/radio logging and IPTV can be achieved. Our most successful product is the XentauriX® Broadcast Logger System for network-based recording and transmission of TV and radio broadcasts to provide proof of transmission compliance, editing or as IPTV clipping systems. Additional XentauriX® applications are already being utilized internationally as network personal-video-recorders or as E-learning platforms. As an example of this, one of our largest XentauriX® systems with over 200 channels is used by the news agency QNA/Qatar for processing of TV and radio broadcasts.
