We have our own netiquette. Please take the time to read through it and abide by our house rules for the sake of peaceful relations and a mutually pleasant online experience. Breaking one or more of our rules will force us to remove the post, ban the page, or, in serious circumstances, to report the incident to Facebook.
- Before you publish any comments, read the preceding messages. - Don't promote on our wall any events or fan pages which are unconnected to ours; any such posts will be deleted by the administrators.
- Refrain from using this space for airing any personal differences which might degenerate into unpleasantness: it is always preferable to keep private affairs off public spaces, especially if matters are incendiary.
- Unless you have the express authorisation of the author, never publish the contents of private messages or emails.
- Be respectful of anyone who makes grammatical errors or spelling mistakes
- Any posts containing insults, inappropriate words or any terms which discriminate against ideas, gender, race or religion relating to other users will be immediately deleted.
- The only external links authorised for publication are those relating to Askoll product reviews. Any other kind of external link will be deleted.
- the Askoll tag will be removed from any photos published by business enterprises, or if our name is mentioned in an inappropriate fashion.
- We are here to answer any of your questions: we pledge to answer all questions and deal with any requests in the shortest time possible. Refrain from publishing the same message more than once.
