AUFAD ist die Abkürzung für "Afrikanische Union und Freunde Afrikas in der Diaspora".
AUFAD e.V. ist eine Hilfsorganisation (Nichtregierungsorganisation, NGO) mit dem Ziel, den Familien, die zur Gruppe der Binnenflüchtlinge (IDPs) gehören und von keiner anderen Hilfsorganisation unterstützt werden, Schutz zu gewähren und ein Heim zu schaffen. Darüber hinaus soll ihnen die Möglichkeit gegeben werden, ihren Lebensunterhalt durch berufliche Qualifikation selbst zu sichern, es wird Gesundheitsfürsorge sowie Schulbildung fester Bestandteil des Projektes sein.

AUFAD e.V. is a non governmental organization (NGO) with the aim to help the families that belong to the group of IDPs and who are not supported by any other organization, to provide protection and to create a home. In addition, they should be given the opportunity to secure their livelihood themselves through professional qualification. Health care and education is an inherent part of the project.
