Welcome to Aurigny’s official Facebook Page.

We created this Page to better communicate with you. Here you will find updates on our company and services, as well as travel inspiration. We will keep you informed and we also encourage you to share your experiences with us. As a community airline, we value your feedback and thank you for helping us improve our products and services.
Please note that we cannot make reservations or change bookings over Facebook or email. You will have to give us a call or you can even do it yourself at aurigny.com, providing that you have not already checked in. (It is, in fact, easier and often less expensive to do it this way!)

Here are just a few guidelines to keep this page a fun place for everyone to visit:

• In order to protect your privacy, we have a policy to delete any visitor posts or comments containing personal data. We strongly advise you not to publish any personal data on our wall, in text or image form. These include contact details, booking codes, reference numbers and Frequent Flyer numbers. If you need to send us these details, please do so via the private message button.
• Posts containing personal details such as names, contact information or photos of Aurigny or airport employees will be removed.
• We believe that comments and criticism help us to improve our products and services, but we don’t want our Page to be dominated by repetitive messages or discussions. Without removing the topic, we reserve the right to remove some of these posts to leave space for others.
• We do not accept obscenities, insults, shocking or graphic content.
• Advertisements of any kind will be removed.
