The Belly Dance is a passionate dance. It originates from mysterious middle east region, and plays a vital role in the local culture. One of the specialties of Belly Dance is that, every part of the body will be moved when you dance. This movement is very effective for the improvement of your muscle and flexibility. Yoga is also used for the warm-up at the beginning and the relax at the end, which is clearly more effective and pleasant than other means. After several weeks’ courses, surely you will feel an improvement of your health and body shape.
