Bissnitz Hof

We bought this wonderful Resthof in 2006 having looked for over 2 years for somewhere in the middle of nature, and without neighbours. We have run our Hamburg-based business successfully here (Hamburg Airport 45 Minutes, easy access to A20, A7 and A1) and Luebeck 20 Minutes. In 5 minujtes you can be sitting on one of the lovely Bad Segeberg Lakes beaches, in 25 minutes you are on the Baltic Coast.
Not only do we sit in the nature reserve "Holsteinische Schweiz" but have our own biotope here with 1.25 Hectares of land surrounded by ancient forest (Rohsltorf Estate) our own heron colony and pipistrelle colonies in the nesting boxes.
House has been continuously renovated since 1959 when it was completely gutted and rebuilt. Since then it has a new water filter system, waste water system. polythene oil tanks and boiler (oil). Since 2006 when we bought it the waste water system has been completely renewed, the heating renovated, major doors replaced with high-quality double glazing units and damp proofed.
