CHALET NIKODOR is situated at the foot of the highest mountain in Salzburgerland, Hochkoenig, surrounded by imposing mountain views in the heart of the Austrian ski village of Hinterthal. Developed by an English interior designer, this exceptional 3000 square foot luxury chalet, with its clever blend of traditional Austrian design and contemporary features, blends in perfectly with this quaint town of Hinterthal. A perfect base to explore the biggest ski area in the Austrian Alps, Ski Amadé, with 270 lifts and 760 kilometres of piste – just within one hour of Salzburg. The chalet is just 150 meters from the main heated chairlift on the mountain of Hochmais and 300 meters from the children’s lift and ski school.

The chalet was developed in 2015 by Maureen, who runs her own design practise FUGMANN DESIGN in London. Spread over 3 expansive floors with 5 bedrooms, large lounge and living room, open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and dining, big central fireplace, sauna and spa, cinema and playroom and ski room, Maureen has achieved her dream of combining traditional Austrian alpine architecture with a modern feel, finished to an exceptionally high standard and with thought and detail going into every corner of the house. The house has a large terrace with breath-taking views to the Hochkoenig mountain range.
