The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 12 party apartment house built around 1903 in a residential district of Dresden. This district is locally considered to be one of the best and most family friendly parts of the City to live in. Historic architecture and a small park characterize the nearby area, and restaurants, pharmacies and tram stations are within a very short walking distance.

Tram line #12 operates 24h and will take you to the center of Dresden in a mere 12 minutes, where you will find the most famous tourist attractions and excellent dining and shopping opportunities.

An innovative access door system to our apartment makes normal keys obsolete. Because of this, it is no longer necessary for customers to visit our office and pick up the apartment keys. Therefore we now have flexible checkin times, and the keys cannot be lost and thus need not be replaced.

You access the apartment with your mobile phone. This will not generate any extra cost, but you do need a mobile phone that can operate in Germany (roaming plan or local SIM card). If you are travelling with company, we can easily enable their mobile phone as a second virtual key.
