DuS Build-Ing. is offering numerous services: residential and commercial real estate development, architecture, interior design including lighting, finish and furniture selection and different art products from independent artists. We also provide project management and consulting services.

DuS Build-Ing. can assure clients that each project is built in a timely fashion, efficiently, and with superior craftsmanship.

DuS Build-Ing. is able to control costs and production delays by keeping the majority of our work in–house.
Projects include international residential real estate development expertise, starting with initial design, planning, management of construction and/or renovation to the marketing and selling of the completed properties.

DuS Build-Ing. oversees all aspects of real estate development, including:

Site identification and property acquisition
Assembling of the development team
Predevelopment coordination
Building design and construction document development
Securing of private financing and government subsidies
Construction supervision and project start-up
Ongoing asset management

DuS Build-Ing. architectural practice, or uses only the highest quality architects and general contractors.
