Communications need never be complicated. In fact, as far as I'm concerned - the hallmark of effective communications is simplicity.
Not a dumbing down - but carefully selecting what you say and what you leave out.
Looking closely at the message. Taking some time to understand it. And then simplifying as far as possible while retaining the message.
Choosing words that the audience understands. That strike a chord.
Never preaching or talking to. Always talking with. Dialogue and storytelling.
Effective communications is not difficult. You just need the right words. Words with Impact.
