French Holiday Home - Les Rochers

In 2015 we came across a run down old farmhouse whilst holidaying with our dogs in France. It was our first time visiting the Vendee and Deux Sevres regions and we instantly fell in love with the area with its lush rolling countryside, long summer days and friendly relaxed atmosphere.

The house, which had stood empty for almost ten years, retained many original features and we knew with a little imagination and a lot of hard work it could be restored to it's original beauty. More than anything it was the breathtaking views across the lake and grounds that had us really smitten.

And so began a two year sympathetic restoration programme resulting in what you see today and what we hope you will agree is a perfect combination of old world French charm and comtemporary luxury living.

We're now excited to share the magic of this unspoilt area of rural France with you.
