Die GLM Music GmbH ist eine unabhängige Plattenfirma, deren Schwerpunkte die Musikrichtungen Jazz, World, Instrumental, Reggae, Funk & anspruchsvoller Pop darstellen.
International erfolgreiche Künstler und Bands wie Quadro Nuevo, Lisa Wahlandt, Evelyn Huber, Mulo Francel, Robert Wolf, Jamaram und viele andere stehen bei GLM unter Vertrag.
„Musik für alle Sinne“ – dieses Motto ist bei GLM oberstes Programm, denn alle Veröffentlichungen zeichnen sich durchwegs durch den hohen qualitativen Anspruch aus. Auf dem Label Edition Collage, das bereits seit mehr als fünfzehn Jahren existiert, finden sich Produktionen deutscher und europäischer Musiker, die sich in kleinen zumeist akustischen und durchaus auch mal in nicht ganz alltäglichen Besetzungen dem Jazz verschrieben haben. Das Label Fine Music bietet eine stilistisch breitere Ausrichtung: Hier hört der Liebhaber Musik zwischen Pop, Jazz, Welt- und Filmmusik. Das dritte Label vereint sorgsam ausgewählte Zusammenstellungen aus dem GLM Programm unter dem Motto Dinnermusic. Das neueste Label - Impulso - begeistert durch eine schwungvolle Interpretation von Reggae, Latin, Funk und vielen anderen Einflüssen vor allem auch junge Hörer.
Nicht zuletzt auch die stets optisch aufwändigen und ansprechenden Verpackungen gehören bei GLM zum Standard, denn: „Das Auge hört mit“! GLM Music is an independent record company with four labels which mainly focus on Jazz, World, Instrumental, Reggae, Funk and demanding Pop Music.
Internationally successful bands and artists like Quadro Nuevo, Jamaram, Lisa Wahlandt, Evelyn Huber, Mulo Francel, Robert Wolf, Helena Luce and many others are signed on the GLM labels.
“Music for all senses” – GLM gives this slogan top priority because all releases are distinguished by a high qualitative claim. On the label Edition Collage, which already exists more than 15 years, you can find productions of German and European musicians, who commit themselves to Jazz in small, mostly acoustic and sometimes also not ordinary instrumentations. The label Fine Music stilistically offers a more diversified musical range: Here the musical enthusiast hears music between Pop, Jazz, World and Score. The third label combines carefully selected compilations out of the GLM catalogue themed Dinnermusic. Finally our latest label - Impulso - delights the mainly young audience by its snappy interpretation of Reggae, Latin, Funk and many other influences from Afrika and Latin America.
Last but not least the always optically elaborated and appealing packagings are also a standard at GLM because: “The eye also listens”! Certainly this is also a reason why the CDs out of the GLM catalogue are perfectly suited not only to the personal pleasure but also as a present hint.
