Who We Are



Global Excellence (GE) - is an international company founded in Israel .GE specializes in management excellence and strategy development. The company provides senior executives with a professional and comprehensive plan and means to cultivate a culture of personal and organizational excellence.

Our Founder:

Global Excellence was founded by Hezki Arieli, former CEO and Chairman of the Center for Excellence through Education in Israel.

Hezki Arieli is a strategist, an educational entrepreneur and leading professional in the area of excellence development in Israel and abroad.

He founded a network of leading international educational enterprises and has trained hundreds of educators, directors and heads of public organizations in the field of personal and organizational excellence.

Arieli established an international network of hundreds of schools in Israel, the US, Singapore, India and other countries in Europe and South America that educate for excellence based on a unique method developed by the Center for Excellence through Education under his ​leadership.

He is the author of three books published in Israel and in Korea.

Arieli is a philosopher by training, an educator by nature, and a strategic entrepreneur by action and record.
