What we do: While Africa is getting younger and younger, youth unemployment is remaining stubbornly high. Especially in Sub-Sahara the rapid economic growth over the past years has not benefited the largest share of population. By working together with young people in urban and rural areas and concentrating on the informal sector we can make a contribution to change Africa’s population growth in that what it is: a demographic dividend. How we do:
In our workshops, young people recognize their abilities, explore their creativity, develop their ideas to ready-to-market in a fun environment and realize: “I can make my own living!” Participants become more confident and motivated to positively impact their community.
