Erbaut ca. 1.200;
~ 18 x 14 x 18 m, mit "reich verzierter Mühlenstube" (1440);
Wandstärke EG 1,24 mit sehr hoch angesetzten Fenstern, einem Zugang auf der Bachseite gut 3 m über dem Ufer und einem großen Mühlentor mit Balkenverblockung in Wandnischen gelagert und abgewinkelter Durchreiche nach Außen;
OG 0,94 cm Wandstärke, Fensteröffnungen mit 2,4 x 1, 1,2 x 1 und 2 Türöffnungen mit 0,8 x 2,4 in mehr als 6 m Höhe über dem Geländeniveau,
folglich auch Trutze für die umliegende Bevölkerung, wobei bis um die Tannenburg und Vellberg nur eine Wegekapelle in 800 m, oberhalb dem heutigen Rathaus, belegt ist,
inneliegender Mühlkanal mit sehr großem Mühlrad (~ 2 x 4,5 - 5 m).

Sanierung oder Wiederaufbau um 1.600;
es wurde ein neues Radhaus mit 2 sehr großen Mühlrädern (~ 1,8 x 4,5 - 5 m) über dem damals rechten -heute verblocktem linkem - Bühlerarm angebaut;
der Spülraum wurde bis auf 60 cm unter dem jetzigen Niveau aufgefüllt, einer Höhe von 5,10 m und mit roten Tonplatten in römischem Format ausgelegt;
der alte Mühlkanal blieb verblockt bestehen;
Vernauerung Außenzuganges des ehemaligen Spülraum;
die großen romanischen Fensteröffnungen wurden bis auf ~ 0,4 x 0,5, 06 x 1 und 1,2 x 1 m zugemauert und mit Fenstern versehen;
die 2 schmalen Zugänge der Trutze im OG wurden zugemauert;
in dieser Periode wurde zum Betrieb ein mittleres Stallgebäude im Osten (~ 6 x 14 m) angebaut.

Später Domäne (Hofgut);
mit 2. Stallgebäude auf der Westseite (siehe Pläne);
1851 Straßenauffüllung und neues, sehr schmales Mühlentor in der westl. Giebelwand;
Treppenhaus im Stallgebäude, Ausbau OG als Wohnraum mit 1 Wasser- und Abwasserleitung;
Elektifizierung des Gebäudes mit Lichtstrom.

Letzter Mahlbetrieb 1943 - 48 mit Wehr, Mühlkanal und Mühlrad mit ~ 1,4 x 3,5 m;
1948 wurde der linke Bühlerarm offiziell las Mühlkanal deklariert nach behördlicher Auflage, vollig Unsinnig, verblockt.

1,950 - ~ 68 zusätzlicher Einbau einer Wohnung im DG;
Erweiterung der Wasserversorgung und Einbau von Bädern und Toiletten;
Erneuerung der elektrischen Versorgungsleitungen fast vollständig, alles nach VDE 100 mit Unterverteilungen in Sicherungskästen, mit neuem 3 Zählerkasten und Hausanschluß;
Freilegung und Verfugen der Außenwände, Neueindeckung mit handgestrichenen Biberschwänzen in doppelter Lage (o. Schindeln).

1966 - 68 illegale Verfüllung des linken Bühlerarmes durch die Gemeinde;
nochmaliger Niveauausgleich der Straße und Vermauerung des alten Mühlentor, ohne ordentliche Fassung vom Grundwasser des Steinbachweg und der Quelle der ehemaligen Viehtränke durch Gemeinde und Kreis,
wodurch die Mühle in ihrem geschützten Bestand dem Verfall preisgegeben wurde.

Bis heute ist keine der Behörden bereit diese Fehler einzugestehen. Geschweige sie zu beheben um damit den Erhalt dieses, sehr seltene, Kulturdenkmal zu ermöglichen.
Da das Gebäude in Privatbesitz ist, sei es alleine Aufgabe des Eigentümer sich um den Erhalt zu kümmern.
Um dies zu rechtfertigen wird das Gebäude mit Baujahr 1,557 angegeben. Auch von der Denkmalbehörde im Regierungspräsidium Stuttgart. Das Baujahr wird durch den Bezug durch eine angebrachte Wappentafel begründet. Diese ist aber maximal 150 - 250 J. alt.

Built about 1200:
~ 18 x 14 x 18 m, with 'rich ornate millfloor';
1.24 m mounted wall thickness in ground, mill floor with very high fixed windows, access to the river side, just over 3 m above the shore and a large millgate with beam blocking in wall niches and angled hatch to the outside;
first floor 0.94 m wall thickness, window openings with 2.4 x 1 1.2 x 1 and 2 doorways with 0.8 x 2.4 m in more than 6 meters above ground level,
consequently defy for the surrounding population, and up to the castle and fir Vellberg is only one way chapel at 800 m above the present-day town hall shows,

Rehabilitation or reconstruction about 1600:

the wash floor was filled up to 60 cm below the present level, a height of 5.10 m and covered with red clay tiles in Roman format;

the large Romanesque windows were up to ~ 0.4 x 0.5, 06 x 1, 1.2 x 1 m and bricked and provided with windows;
the two small additions to defy upstairs were bricked;
in this period was to operate an average barn in the east (~ 6 x 14 m) grown.

Later domain:
with second barn on the west side (see plans);
1851 road replenishment and new, very narrow millgate in the west gable wall;
staircase in the barn buildings, expanding first floor as living space with 1 water and sewer;
electrification of the building with light power.

Last grinding operation 1943-48 with defense, millchanel and mill wheel with ~ 1.4 x 3.5 m;
in 1948, the left arm of Bühler was officially read millchanel declared by official edition, completely nonsensical, splinted.

1,950 - ~ 68 additional mounting an apartment in the attic;
Extension of water supply and installation of bathrooms and toilets;
renewal of the electrical supply lines almost completely, all in accordance with the German norm with sub-distributions in fuse boxes, with new 3 meter box and service entrance;
excavation and grouting the exterior walls, new roof with hand-painted beaver tails in a double layer German handmade roof tiles (o. Shingles).

1966-68 illegal filling at the end of the left arm of Bühler by the municipality;
still repeated leveling of the road and bricking up the old Mill Gate, without proper version of the groundwater and Steinbachway the source of the former cattle watering by municipality and county;
whereby the mill was left to decay in their protected buildings.

To date, none of the authorities is prepared to admit these mistakes. Let them fix the order receipt to allow this, very rare, cultural monument.
As the building is privately owned, it is the task of the owner alone to take care of the maintenance.
The building is to justify such specified with built in 1.557. Also from the heritage authority in Stuttgart Regional Council. The year of construction is justified by reference an attached string Coat of Arms. However, this is maximally 150-250 y. old.
