House of One Berlin

Berlin is soon to become home to something truly unique. Jews, Christians, and Muslims are planning to build a house of worship here – one that brings a synagogue, a church, and a mosque together under one roof. The three separate sections of the "House of One" will be linked by a communal room in the center of the building. This will serve as a meeting place, where worshippers and members of the public can come together and learn more about the religions and each other.
The "House of One" is open to everyone. It respects and values the differences between the religions. It advocates a peaceful coexistence and promotes the dialogue between religions and cultures. The building will be funded by donations and is supported by numerous prominent people coming from politics, economics and culture.


Auf dem Petriplatz im Herzen Berlins entsteht etwas weltweit Einmaliges: Juden, Christen und Muslime errichten gemeinsam ein Gebäude, das „House of One“. Der entstehende Sakralbau bietet Platz für eine Synagoge, eine Kirche und eine Moschee. In seiner Mitte lädt ein zentraler Raum der Begegnung zum Austausch und zum Kennenlernen ein.
Das „House of One“ steht jedem offen. Es respektiert und schätzt die Unterschiede der Religionen. Es setzt sich weltweit für ein friedvolles Miteinander ein und fördert den Dialog der Religionen und Kulturen. Der Bau wird mithilfe von Spendengeldern finanziert und durch zahlreiche prominente Förderer aus Politik, Wirtschaft und Kultur unterstützt.
