After completing undergraduate and graduate studies at Webster University Geneva in Business, Marketing and Economics, and a Masters in International Business, my career started and transitioned through the various traits of marketing: communications, analysis, pricing, product, and strategies in the UN, small companies to large multinationals such as Beckman Coulter and Novartis.
Later, I also studied entrepreneurship, and became an international business consultant for entrepreneurs starting their company and developing their marketing strategies.
As I realized their professional domain is highly interconnected with their family, social, matrimonial, and personal domains…their energy, roles, motivations, emotions, values, talents and strengths are all cross-functional elements to be considered in order to reach happiness, to perform and gain autonomy.
It triggered my passion for coaching, this passion turned into a goal, and I was highly motivated to achieve this objective.
My coaching certification at Institut de Coaching International de Genève gave me the adequate tools to fulfill my dream job...Coaching.
I am also fluent in English, French, Spanish and Arabic, and highly exposed to various dynamic and international environments.

International Coaching Solutions is established for Life and Professional Coaching and has 6 goals:

1. Empower your conscious
Helps you realize your state of consciousness as you shift through transitions in your professional and personal life. It covers the ability to gain consciousness of the different roles we embody in our lives, and, to identify which roles are fulfilling and which roles are no longer fulfilling. To empower your consciousness also entails to let go of certain habits, beliefs and knowledge of the old rules of life; to accept, to learn, and to integrate new opportunities and apprenticeships into your new roles.

2. Self Development & self renewal
Learn to live in the present, keeping in mind your future goals. As you grow, you self develop and you self renew, and the need to embrace the different steps of adult development grows as well. Allow your values and attitude to take ownership of your identity, to channel your development towards yourself, and to be congruent with your current environment.

3. Integrate your values
Your values need to be congruent with our actions. Value integration helps you identify and integrate your values in order to implement them into actions within your environment. In other words any decision maker’s primary need is to have a vision, in order to give meaning to your actions.
Any person carrying on a duty and making a decision either in a corporate or non-corporate structure needs to identify, integrate, and embody their values within their duty requirements. This allows you to grow and self renew into your full potential.

4. Change your Behavior
Based on Merriam’s Webster dictionary, a behavior is a manner of conducting yourself; it involves an observable action and a response to stimulation within a set environment.
Your identity roles, your beliefs, your values, your attitudes are translated into behaviors. It is crucial to synchronize them with your goals in order to enhance effective behavior and to reach your objectives. The challenge is to change some current behaviors and generate new behaviors!

5. Personify true mastery
In the work environment, as a decision maker looking to perform with mastery and excellence, you need to take time to sense situations, to analyze and reflect, and to consider if your objectives are congruent with the corporate objectives. When you embody such behavioral patterns, your mind becomes motivated, autonomous, and opened to knowledge within an evolving corporate culture.

6. Become the author of your own book
Write your life chapters. Be project oriented, be creative; stay motivated and engaged to prepare yourself to the next chapters of your life. When you are prepared to face the future, you give true meaning to your life.


Types of Coaching

Individual Coaching:
This type of coaching focuses on self-development and self renewal in order to reach a set objective. The purpose for the client is to gain happiness, performance, awareness and autonomy.

1) Identify the current state of the client and integrates an understanding of the client’s environment and current state.
2) Motivations, resources, behaviors, interferences are cross-checked.
3) The client’s visions, options, action plan and objectives are established to achieved to reach the desired state.

Between 10 - 20 sessions are suggested. Each session lasts between 1h-2h, and take place usually every other week. Of course it varies depending on the client’s situation and expectations.

Team Coaching:
- Team capacity: rally a team to take ownership of the project's success, mobilizing their capacities and best practices in a spirit of individual and collective responsibility. Open exchange of ideas, no judgment, and fair communication are boosted to ensure dynamic connections and team building.
- Team constancy: commitments are reciprocal between attendees; acceptance of change is involved at all levels, management included.
- Work frame: the approach addresses a specific and measurable operational objective generally accepted by the team.

Between 2 to 10 sessions are suggested, over a period of 1- 12 months, depending on the needs and goal of the team and management.

Group Coaching:
This type of coaching focuses on self-development and self-renewal. The purpose for the group is to gain skills in communication, self-esteem, listening, stress-management, identifying emotions, motivational triggers, and to help people look within themselves.
The target audience expats, parents, small business owners, entrepreneurs, exploring work - life issues, job seekers, people starting a project…

Between 2 to 10 sessions are suggested, over a period of 1- 12 months, customized depending on the theme, needs, and goal.
