KAFFEE PURA bietet hochwertigen, 100% sortenreinen, fair gehandelten äthiopischen Arabica-Kaffee aus nachhaltigem ökologischem Anbau an. KAFFEE PURA wird ohne Einsatz von chemischen Düngemitteln, Pestiziden und Herbiziden angebaut. Für eine gerechte Vergütung der Kleinbauern in Äthiopien zahlt KAFFEE PURA 1,50 Dollar pro Kilogramm mehr als diese auf dem regulären Markt für ihren Kaffee erhalten.

Der direkte Kontakt von KAFFEE PURA zu den äthiopischen Kleinbauern und den Kooperativen in Äthiopien ermöglicht es KAFFEE PURA den gesamten Prozess vom Anbau bis zur Verpackung für unsere Kunden zu begleiten. Daher garantiert KAFFEE PURA die hohe Qualität des Kaffees.

Üblicherweise wird Äthiopien nur als Lieferant des Rohstoffes Kaffee betrachtet. KAFFEE PURA hat sich einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz zum langfristigen Ziel gesetzt. We are eco-friendly. Chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides are not involved in the growing process. In compensation, KAFFEE PURA pays fair wages to the small farmers in Ethiopia. It pays 1, 50 Dollar per kilogram more than what the farmers earn in the conventional market.

KAFFEE PURA has set a long term holistic goal of keeping value adding steps (e.g. Production of packages) in Ethiopia, contributing to the economic development of the country and helping farmers to become economically self-sufficient.
