Kebsh International Lodge

Chiro also called Asebe Teferi is a town in eastern Ethiopia. Located in the Chercher Mountains, it has a latitude and longitude of 9°05′N 40°52′E and an altitude of 1826 meters above sea level.
Topographically it lies within an elevation ranging from 500 to 3200 meters above see level and located 326 Km east of Addis Abeba and 200 km west of Harrar.

Beside its natural power to attract visitors Chiro (Asebe Teferi) has become the main midway resting city once you travel along the eastern highlands and lowlands of Ethiopia. Whether you are traveling to Kulubi Gabriel or Harrar Kebish Lodge has become the central gathering and resting spot for many travellers on this road.

Chiro being one of the zonal administrations of Oromia it has abundance natural and man made features such as natural forests, spectacular landscapes, ancient rock paintings, Mosques, Churches, Monastery, archaeological sites, hot springs, waterfalls and of course it's hospitable people.
