Instructor Jose Grijalva has over 8 years experience in MMA and is committed to teaching his students, from Beginner to Elite Fighters his unparalleled System of Full Contact Training & Fitness by structuring it is so that Ones’ own development is based on your willingness to learn, aptitude, improvement and the ability to apply what you have learned.

Jose is always seeking ways to transcend his skills and knowledge. He is very approachable and shares his knowledge to all individuals. He has been certified under Modern Army Combatives and is a proud representative and assistant-instructor of the USAG Katterbach Modern Army Combatives Team. We welcome him to Katterbach Gym. His dedication and experience will benefit those that study underneath him.

These classes well be equipped with a wide-range of training aids: Boxing, Muay Thai & Kickboxing, Grappling mats, Cardio-Conditioning, Circuit Training, and more!

Private MMA classes are also offered to provide our clients with one-on-one learning and goal achievement. Whether it’s all around Fitness, or fast-paced Martial Arts training that you have set as your goal, Katterbach Gym Kickboxing/MMA will get you where you desire to go.
