Kids Yoga Munich

Hope's classes include imaginative stories, age-appropriate yoga games and music, creative names for poses, breathing techniques, as well as massage, relaxation and a warm cup of herbal tea at the end! Class sizes are small to ensure that each child recieves the proper attention.

By teaching Kids Yoga classes, Hope is excited to be combining many of her passions in life: Movement, Yoga and teaching children while speaking in her native English language. Hope is a former professional dancer and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the Juilliard School. She has received her Kids Yoga Teacher training through Kinderyogawelt and Rainbow Kids Yoga and has a lot of experience in working with children. Hope is a Mom to two spirited daughters and previously worked at Gymboree Munich leading the Bilingual Preschool classes and teaching Play and Learn Classes for children ages 0-6.
