Touch is a very powerful form of moving energy through the physical and the emotional body. As a Yoga Teacher, I touch people all the time; it is what makes my job so special and valuable to me and the person receiving the touch. I realized that my touch can have a strong effect on another person and I understood it was a gift. Becoming a Massage and Wellness Therapist was a natural expansion of what I love doing and a means to work with the energy I was given.

I studied at the Terramedus Academy for Health with a focus on Aromatherapy Massage, Foot Reflexology Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Sports Massage.
