Patricia’s class is a conscious and playful flow, combining energy, mind, and body work. As a certified Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin Yoga instructor, Patricia pays extra attention to the varied anatomies and necessities of each student. She believes that yoga is not about achieving a specific alignment or posture, but rather a tool to connect with your body, emotions, and the mind. Her flows and music selection (electronic & tropical) will relate to the daily “Chakras” and get you excited to start your day (and weekend).

Patricia loves to travel. In the wintertime she practices and teaches yoga in India. In the summer she brings her tropical beats and Vinyasa Flow to Ghost Yoga. In 2003 yoga and meditation entered Patricia’s life, creating a healthy balance to her academic studies of history and philosophy. With 2012, in a period of personal growth and healing, Patricia began to study yoga philosophy, and healing. The powerful ancient holistic approach to living life was now an integral part of her own life, and sharing this newfound curiosity and knowledge lead her to becoming a yoga instructor.
