THE RESTAURANT

The MANI restaurant at hotel MANI sends it's visitors on a culinary journey from Tel Aviv to Paris with an exquisite selection of french-israeli cuisine, inspired by tastes of the Mediterranean.
Particularly noteworthy are the "Chuzpeles", appetizers which are put in the table's center and are best shared: from saffron fennel to roastbeef with hummus to clam chowder, everything is possible that lets the culinary heart beat faster. The main courses come up with unusual combinations such as the Foie Gras burger.
Apart from the food a highlight is the green marble fireplace, which gives the MANI restaurant it's very special atmosphere and slightly reminds of his famous relative, the ever-trendy AMANO Bar.
