Central on the former VIA REGIA - a european mental arteria - is situated the German-Polish twintown Zgorzelec-Görlitz, embedded into the heart of the continent, where three countries are on their run, to orchestrate a common being: Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany.

EUROPE IS MUSIC - this leitmotiv is the guiding principle for the development of the MEETINGPOINT MUSIC MESSIAEN - which will be established intentionally on the historic ground of the former POW-Camp StaLag VIII A, with respect to and holding in high esteem those, who have suffered, before Europe could set off for itself and it's growing together.


Zentral auf der VIA REGIA, einer geistigen Schlagader Europas, liegt der polnisch-deutsche Städtezwilling Zgorzelec-Görlitz, eingebettet in die Herzregion des Kontinents, in der drei Länder lernen, konzertiert zusammenzuleben: Polen-Tschechien-Deutschland.

EUROPA IST MUSIK - mit diesem Leitmotiv bauen wir den MEETINGPOINT MUSIC MESSIAEN bewusst auf dem geschichtsträchtigen Terrain des ehemaligen Kriegsgefangenenlagers, mit Ehrfurcht und Achtung vor den Menschen, die hier gelitten haben, bevor Europa sich auf den Weg zu sich machen und beginnen konnte, zusammenzuwachsen.
