Vor rund 150 Jahren wurde der mechanische Tretkurbelantrieb für‘s Fahrrad erfunden und seitdem kaum verbessert. Wir von Möve Bikes haben den Antrieb ein paar Umdrehungen weitergedacht und cyfly, die Easy Cycling Technology, entwickelt - für mehr Spaß und vor allem mehr Effizienz beim Radfahren. Egal, ob höher auf den nächsten Berg, schneller ins Büro oder weiter zum fernen Etappenziel.

cyfly ist ein rein mechanischer Fahrradantrieb, der ausschließlich durch Muskelkraft betrieben wird. Bei dieser neuartigen Konstruktion wirken Zahnräder und Hebel optimal in einer Art „Mehrgelenk-Kurbel“ zusammen.
Dadurch steigern wir das Drehmoment um 33 % (in der 3-Uhr-Stellung im Vergleich zu einer 166,5 mm langen Tretkurbel).

cyfly sitzt an der Stelle des üblichen Tretlagers. Es ersetzt den kompletten vorderen Teil des Antriebsstrangs eines herkömmlichen Rades. Der cyfly-Antrieb enthält bereits Tretkurbeln, Lager und das zum Patent angemeldete Kettenblatt. Alle Komponenten werden mit modernsten Fertigungstechnologien hergestellt. cyfly ist eben state of the art.

Der komplexe cyfly-Antrieb wird anfangs nur fertig eingebaut in Premium-Fahrrädern angeboten. Fahrräder mit dem innovativen cyfly-Antrieb sollen ab 2017 erhältlich sein.

Cyfly is a purely mechanical bicycle drive, which is operated exclusively by muscle power. With this new design, gears and levers are optimally combined into a "multi-joint crank".
This increases the torque by 33% (in the 3 o'clock position compared to a 166.5 mm long pedal crank).

Cyfly sits in the place of the usual bottom bracket. It replaces the complete front part of the drive train of a conventional bike. The cyfly drive already includes pedal cranks, bearings and the patent-pending chainring. All components are manufactured using state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies.

The complex cyfly drive is initially only available in premium bicycles. Bicycles with the innovative cyfly drive are to be available from 2017 onwards.
