WHO IS BEHIND NAYUMI?

We are two mothers and textile lovers from Germany and Indonesia. We are passionate for handmade textiles and the process of making clothes.

We started making clothes for our children because we were fed up with all the pastel blue and pink outfits on the market. Tine had been collecting handmade fabric and kids clothing on her travels through Asia and Angga had been working with textiles from her home country Indonesia - so when we put it all together, that was when Nayumi was born.

Nayumi will give your kids' wardrobe a splash of colors - and hopefully make you more conscious about the beauty of foreign textiles. We are working with a very small team of people in Germany and Indonesia whom we have known for a long time.
