Nia Andrea offers ongoing classes in Nia and Yoga classes, taught by myself, Andrea von Wurmb, and my partner in movement, Simone Deppe.

Nia invites you to dance your dance and to find new pleasure in areas beyond. Its open choreography offers you a conditioning workout and fluid fascial refinement through a stimulating variety of moves. Percussive, jazzy, playful, dramatic movements from taekwondo, aikido and the dance arts meet with the fluidity, lengthening, and expansiveness of tai-chi, yoga, and the healing arts. Nia will get you moving to great music and ground you in body, mind, emotion and spirit. You will come out of class feeling satisfied and energized.

My personal mission is to offer a body-mind workout that keeps you conditioned and healthy, and, above all, to create a space where you can dance what moves you.
