Omega Software Group provide software development and outsourcing services that cover the whole product life cycle: customer environment analysis, development of technical specifications, system prototyping, source coding, quality assurance, installation, training on customer site and maintenance and support. We have a wide range of products for data analysis, reporting, forecasting and optimization. The core of the platform is Omega Analytical Set, distributed software system perform complex analysis and reporting for large amount of data with sophisticated structure. We have also developed sophisticated analysis tools for P&G, Nielsen (Germany), Masterfoods, Tmobil, Seat, GroupM and Nokia. Three subsidiary companies in Germany and Belarus are included to Omega Software Group. More as 70 people are working for Omega Software Group. All software developers hold a University Degree in Computer Science, mathematics or engineering. The average developer has over 8 year of software engineering experience and over 5 year of which with OmegaSoftware alone. Many software engineers have attained a PhD. All software developers are full-time employees.
