Orange Lion was founded in 2005 from managing director Johann Kerkhofs. Original founded as subsidiary for Lindner Hotels AG under the name Lindner Hotels Real Estate, outsourced as business development and expansion department. As of April 2016 the firm has changed her name to Orange Lion.

For more than 10 years the company also supports external clients. With our specific expertise concerning the development of hotels and resort projects, we advise project developers, investors and credit institutions, as well as hotel operators, owners and city and local authorities. Our specialities include advice, design and implementation, investment consultancy, mediation of transactions as well as the conceptual revitalisation of hotel and resort projects.
