We are a Berlin-based and Finnish-owned specialty coffee roastery and cafe in Neukölln, Berlin.

Populus Coffee is formed by the people growing, processing, sourcing, roasting, brewing and enjoying our coffees.

Coffee is our life and we take great pride in what we do and the way we do it. It all comes down to sharing the same passion and working with same minded people through out the whole coffee chain. We value strong lasting relationships to ensure transparency, quality and truly fair trade.

Roasting is the way to find hidden flavors and aromas in raw coffee. The beans that we work with are chock-full of sweetness and flavors of ripe berries, tropical fruits, chocolate, floral notes, nuttiness and pleasant acidity depending on variety, origin and processing.

We want people to discover coffee as what it can be when the right people collaborate.
