Innovations in plastics for electric motors and ventilation

PVS is a supplier for technically sophisticated injection molding parts produced of high-quality plastics for electric motors and ventilation. The company has about 500 employees at four locations in Niedernhall (Germany), Huber Heights (Ohio / USA), Celldoemoelk (Hungary) and Shanghai (China). It was founded in 1976 and is managed today by Juergen Frank.

All production locations together, PVS produces technical plastic parts with over 100 injection molding machines from 25 to 650 tons clamping force on a production area of 19,000 m² / 205,000 sq ft.

The core competence of the company is the insulation of electric motors and production of high-precision and low-balanced plastic blower wheels. The customers are well-known companies from the automobile industry, telecommunication/IT, industrial drive technology, medical technology and household appliances.
