Quinoa – Bildung für hervorragende Lebensperspektiven.
Im Sommer 2014 haben wir eine Integrierte Sekundarschule (Klasse 7-10) in Berlin-Wedding eröffnet. Im August 2014 haben wir die Quinoa-Schule in Berlin-Wedding eröffnet, weil der Bildungserfolg von Schülerinnen und Schülern bisher von deren sozialer Herkunft abhängt. Das möchten wir ändern!

Quinoa – transformational education for inner city youth
In order to move beyond the usual statistics and succeed in life, inner city youth need a school that’s very different to the schools typically provided by the German state.

After two years at one of the roughest schools in Berlin, Teach First Deutschland Alumni Stefan Döring and Fiona Brunk decided to set up a transformational secondary school for currently disadvantaged inner city youngsters in Berlin. The school was opened in August 2014.
