Once per year there is at the beginning of July the long weekend RANDFESTSPIELE with numerous concerts of contemporary music... and the "soundtour" with several concerts in workshops, studios and flats...

(The St.-Annen-Church Zepernick is 30 min from Berlin city center, very easy to reach by S-Bahn line 2, or also in 30 min by car.)
