2) Nach Einreichung eines Sylantrages wird grundsätzlich ein temporäres Aufenthaltsrecht gewährt.

3) Residenzpflicht besteht nicht.

4) Die Absätze 1 bis 3 finden unter Beachtung der Kunstfreiheit nach GG Art. 5, Absatz 3 ihre Anwendung.

Auf Grund der besseren Lesbarkeit wird auf eine geschlechtsspezifische Schreibweise verzichtet.

You will get S.Y.L.A. (Support Your Local Art)without any conditions. Everyone can occupy the art space in the meaning of art. The art concept was initiated by DEMECO & PASQUALE in April 2012.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENT
1) Every person, every animal, every thing and every community have a right to S.Y.L.A in the sense of art, i.e. the right to use the gallery space temporarily.
2) After submitting an “Sylapplication” a temporary residence permit is granted in principle.
3) Residence requirement does not exist.
4) No. 1 to 3 are in compliance with the artistic freedom to German Constitution Article 5, paragraph 3.
