This is an energetic Vinyasa flow class - we concentrate on ujjayi breathing to regulate the heat in our bodies, improve concentration,release tension ,diminishes distractions and allowing us to remain self aware and grounded in the practice. Expect a physical challenge a good flow and rhythm. Always finished with a Deep Relaxation Savasana and the soothing sound of the Tibetan singing bowl.
