Sebastian Schick is a professionally certified and highly experienced Personal Development Coach and Leadership Trainer who has achieved remarkable results with his clients in the fields of experiential training and performance coaching.

Coming from humble beginnings, Sebastian has since followed his dreams to become a professional dancer and choreographer who has trained thousands of millenials and Gen Zs in the art of dance. Through his work with his dance students, he discovered his passion for helping people, especially the millenials and the Gen Zs, to achieve their dreams. It was then that he decided to take up an education in experiential learning to equip himself with the professional competence to fuse the art of dance with the structure of pedagogical learning. This was the momentous decision that has since changed the course of his life, and the lives of the many people that he has since coached professionally.

In his mission to inspire the next generation to change the world for the better, Sebastian has since created of a multitude of inspiring trainings, seminars and coaching relationships that have empowered hundreds of people from all walks of life to go for their dreams and make a positive difference to the world.
Currently a successful and highly-experienced Personal Development Coach and Leadership Trainer partnering with the acclaimed WEGVISOR® GmbH, Sebastian is an effectively bilingual coach in English and German who has extensive intercultural experience from his coaching experience in both Germany and Singapore. His zest for life, incredible passion for people and unshakeable belief in the human potential has led to his international success as a coach, with a large client base hailing from all over the world.

Sebastian is the author of "Fading Darkness – Turn On the Light Within You", a well-received novel that blends immersive storytelling with a unique coaching approach.

He currently divides his time equally between Germany and his tropical island home Singapore, where his fiancée resides.
