Sensweiler is an Ortsgemeinde – a municipality belonging to a Verbandsgemeinde, a kind of collective municipality – in the Birkenfeld district in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Indeed, there have been archaeological finds right near the village centre going all the way back to 400 BC.
