Beim Hotel Avalon handelt es sich um ein Jugendstilhaus mit wunderschönen Stuckdecken und Ornamenten sowie Raumhöhen von 3,7m. Die schönsten Räume in unserer Belle Etage haben eine Größe von ca. 30 bis 35 m2, große Fenster und viel Licht. Das gesamte Anwesen steht unter Denkmalschutz und wurde zur Erhaltung des materiellen Bestandes in mühevoller Kleinstarbeit, innerhalb von 3 Jahren, restauriert. Unser wunderschöner Garten ist eine wahre Oase der Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit in dem Sie ihren Alltag entfliehen können.

Welcome to the Avalon Hotel and in the state capital Schwerin!

Our hotel is located in close proximity to beautiful Pfaffenteich and the historic train station, a typical representation in the construction style of the period, and also close to the pedestrian zone, the Mecklenburg State Theatre and the magnificent castle of Schwerin.

All attractions, restaurants and shopping are just minutes away on foot with a walk in beautiful surroundings.

At Avalon Hotel is an Art Nouveau building with stucco ceilings and ornaments and ceiling heights of 3.7 meters.

The most beautiful rooms in our Belle Etage have a size of about 30 to 35 square meters, large windows and lots of light. The entire property is a listed building and has been painstakingly detailed work restored in 2.5 years for the maintenance of physical inventory.

The building is located in close proximity to the beautiful Pfaffenteich.
