A new alliance - The European Guitar Builders Association - was founded by Frank Deimel (Germany), Andreas Neubauer (Austria), Frédéric Pons (France), Juha Ruokangas (Finland), Michael Spalt (Austria) and Ulrich Teuffel (Germany) to showcase the talent, the rich variety of traditions and great innovations present in Europe today in the form of a unique new invitational exhibition - "The Holy Grail Guitar Show".
