The Therapy Room

Veronique has blended mindfulness, psychology and yogic philosophy which enables yoga students and clients to cultivate a mindful and contemplative presence both in and out of the studio. Veronique approaches each class with an expression of gratitude and loving kindness. Each student is recognized with love. Students are encouraged to witness their own unique breath, to play with spaciousness of mind and acknowledge their own spiritual presence. Veronique facilitates Past Life Regression and fuses a unique combination of therapeutic approaches in a beautiful setting to harmonize mind, body and spirit.

In every class a spacious and contemplative environment enables students to witness emotions and thoughts while remaining focused on breathing, moving and connecting.
